Player of the Month #49: Lady Nathii

Welcome, brave adventurers of Tibia, to a new edition of our Player of the Month for TibiaGoals!

This edition is especially dear to us as we just celebrated our anniversary last July. On behalf of the entire TibiaGoals staff, we want to thank you for continuously supporting us throughout our journey. Today, we delve into the depths of the Yonabra server, an Optional PvP server, and celebrate an exceptional player and active member of one of the most well-known fansites, TibiaWiki.

Lady Nathii, our Player of the Month!

Before we dive into her story, let's do a brief review of what makes this server and its game mode special. In Optional PvP servers, players cannot attack each other, creating a safe and peaceful environment. This type of server is ideal for those who prefer to focus on exploration, quests, and hunting without the worry of being ambushed by PKers. Here, the main activity is battling Bosses and completing complex quests, allowing players to fully dedicate themselves to defeating the most challenging creatures and participating in PvE events.

The economy in servers like Yonabra, launched on May 27, 2020, tends to be more stable and less affected by player and guild wars as in other worlds. The community is much more collaborative, helping each other with missions and events, strengthening the sense of friendship. Popular events like "Bewitched" and "Orcsoberfest" not only attract many players for their dynamics and special rewards but also foster a relaxed and friendly environment. Players can enjoy the game at their own pace, exploring the rich history and secrets of the Tibian world, without the constant threat of PvP attacks. Yonabra is a perfect haven for those seeking adventures without the shadows of PvP, promoting a PvE environment where cooperation and exploration are key.

In this fantasy realm, where every corner holds secrets and every creature threatens with destruction, Boss Points are the mark of a true hero. But what are Boss Points? These points, obtained by defeating the most fearsome creatures and bosses in Tibia, are a testament to the courage and perseverance of those who accumulate them. Lady Nathii, with nearly 14,000 Boss Points, stands out as a remarkable player. Her name resonates in the chronicles of the Tibian community, not only for the number of bosses defeated at her feet but also for her dedication and love for this world full of adventures. At TibiaGoals, we highlight and admire her journey.

Now, we leave you with a few questions that Lady Nathii shared with us in a pleasant interview.

Could you introduce yourself?

- Hello, first I would like to thank you for the invitation to participate in this interview, so here we go... My name is Natani, I play the character Lady Nathii who is on the Yonabra server, and I have been playing for a little over 4 years.

Who introduced you to the fascinating world of Tibia?

- I got to know Tibia through my husband, and I’ll tell you a little secret haha, I confess I used to be the wife who didn't like the game XD over time he convinced me to learn more about the game, I ended up liking it and staying haha.

What was the origin of your name?

- Lady Nathii, before having this name and being a "girl", was a male character and I played that way for a while, partly out of fear of what it would be like to be a woman playing a game mostly male, until the day I decided to change to a female character. The name choice came from my husband's character who was "lord", so I put "lady" and "nathii" came from a nickname, becoming "Lady Nathii".

Do you think being a charlover is something bad or does it have its charm?

- It has total charm, I love "charloving" through the game.

Do you remember how your first encounter with a boss in Tibia was?

- Boss known as "Nemesis". I will never forget the day I encountered Ocyakao, it was exciting and I find the chacoyas raid that appear along with it and the "lever boss" very beautiful. When I started playing and didn't understand anything, I dreamed of participating in the fight with Ferumbras ascendant.

What is your most precious achievement in Tibia and what makes it special?

- Even if it seems "silly", I dreamed of reaching lvl 999 to pass through the "famous" door and consequently conquer lvl 1000. As for most of the time I have been playing solo, I thought I would not reach the much-desired level.

What does playing on an Optional PvP server like Yonabra mean to you?

- I have always liked playing on Optional PvP. I started on a NA server, but I changed to a BR server because of the ping, to play "smoother" without lag. Before arriving in Yonabra, I went through another BR server and decided to go to Yonabra because the server was starting and it was less crowded.

Do you have any thematic decoration in your house? What is your favorite and can you mention another player whose decorations inspire you?

- I really like decorating houses, so because of that, the theme of my houses is always changing. Sometimes I do it to match an event that is active, or I choose a boss and make a theme to match it. One that I LOVED was a decoration I made inspired by the Boss Morshabaal. Mentioning a specific one is difficult, because I also love "walking" through Instagram and seeing so many beautiful decorations and seeing how this community of people who like to decorate grows.

What strategies do you use to face the most challenging bosses?

- As an EK, always lots of protection (and lots of fear hahaha).

How do you combine your passion for boss hunting with leveling up?

- This is something that for me ends up being difficult. As I always say, I am a charlover with stamina. So, not only in boss hunts but also achievements, I try to do it in a way that does not interfere much with my stamina so I can continue leveling up.

What is your favorite event or festival in Tibia and why?

- Ahh, I really like Tibia events, I could name several haha. But I really like Bewitched and Orcsoberfest, I like the dynamics of both and I really like the decoration items available in both.

What has been your most challenging achievement in Tibia so far?

- Challenging not in terms of difficulty, but the most challenging achievement is continuing to hunt solo haha.

Do you prefer hunting alone or in a group? What do you like about each option?

- Alone and duo with my husband (EK and RP). I got used to hunting alone and I really like not having the commitment or obligation to hunt in a group.

How do you feel about having almost 14,805 Boss Points? What was the most challenging boss you defeated?

- I must give credit to the boss group of Yonabra. Participating in a Nemesis boss hunting group helped a lot in the pursuit and those points I have. And challenging in bosses in general, Morshabaal is one that scares a lot haha.

What do you like most about the Yonabra community?

- It is a server that I have been on practically from the beginning, so I have a fondness for the server.

Is there any achievement you are trying to get soon?

- At the moment I am in pursuit of "Soul Crusher".

What was your most memorable moment in Tibia?

It was the day I reached lvl 1000.

How has your experience been as an Elite Knight in terms of hunting and combat?

I think it is very challenging to be an EK, but it is a vocation that I like a lot

So, adventurers, let's unite in this celebration. Lady Nathii, our player of the month, reminds us that in Tibia, the true spirit of the game lies in bravery, strategy, and, of course, the passion for exploring and conquering the darkest challenges of this magical world.

Thank you very much, Lady Nathii!

Hail TibiaGoals~
