Player of the Month #27: Guerreiro Tetra

Our Player of the Month for October is Diego, better known as Guerreiro Tetra. He is an important player within the community for the inspiration he generates in everyone. He demonstrates his abilities daily on Twitch no matter the conditions, regardless of the conditions, overcoming all limits, being a recognized figure in Brazil within e-games. At TibiaGoals we admire him and with great emotion we had the opportunity to meet him, here we leave you the best of this conversation.

Hello, Could you introduce yourself? What’s your name, where are you from.. Etc.?

-My name is Diego Mateus, I am 35 years old, I currently live in Criciúma - Santa Catarina.

Three words that could define you now?

-Overcoming, Resilience, Inspiration

Who showed you Tibia for the first time and how old were you back then?

-My brother Fernando, I was 20 years old.

Do you consider the e-games have changed your life?

-The e-games were and still are very important in my journey. They helped me improve myself, to share experiences and friendships.

Was playing Tibia how you got to know about the world of Streaming?

-Yes. I started doing live shows at the beginning of the pandemic with the aim of motivating people in difficult times. At that time, my computer was very bad, so I made a collect and with the support of good people, I managed to buy a computer that allowed me to stream.

How often do you Stream? So the community can actively follow you.

-I do Streams every day starting at 8 pm. Sometimes I stream on other periods too. I always notify and post before starting in the stories on Instagram each direct. (@guerreirotetra)

What button/command on your mouse is the hardest to use?

-My mouse has only 2 buttons, left and right. I have no problem using them. What bothers me a bit is the pain in my neck, because it is with my neck that I make all the movements I need to do.

For the EK’s on our community, What is your spell rotation?

-The rotation of my spells varies depending on whether I'm hunting or doing bosses. But what I usually use is Utito tempo/Utamo Tempo, Exori Gran, Exori, Exori Mas, Exori Min.

What is the story behind your character?

-My character reflects a lot of my characteristics IRL. To be a Warrior, to be Honorable, to have a good reputation, to take initiative, to help people, to face new challenges, to venture, to lead, and never give up or discourage, no matter how difficult the situation may seem. And if you fall, get up and get over it.

We would like to get to know you more as a player, is there any other game you like besides Tibia?

-Besides our beloved “Tibia”, I enjoy playing LOL Wild Rift, CS-GO, Mobile Legends, GTA-5 and I have played World of Warcraft and Lineage 2.

What platforms did you choose to build your Tibian community and why?

-I currently create content on Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and recently on Twitter and Tiktok. Because I like to share my experiences and motivate people.

How do you relate to your followers? Do they participate with you in streamings or DM's?

-I interact with them daily through my groups. And, many accompany me in daily life.

Is there any Tibia player/streamer you admire?

-Nattank, Dukot, Bugado, Sara, Nattcarol. Nattank even raided my stream with +1500 people on my second day of Live, making me very strong.

How long did it take you to build your community on Twitch?

-I have been on Twitch for about 2 years with over 31,000 followers.

Apart from gamer, streamer, and motivator, do you have any other profession in RL?

-I took journalism courses, and video editing, among others. I have a news portal.

We see that you are always active on Twitch and Instagram and the community loves your content. If you could choose a new content creation tool, Tibia included, what would it be?

-I started creating content on TikTok. I'm even doing some lives.

Anything you want to share with us that you got from having such a huge community on IG and

Twitch?

-I got the respect, the admiration of the Gamer community. In addition to improving my quality of life. Thanks to the support of the guys and partners like ExitLag, I am able to pay the rent and eat the right diet for my condition.

If you could live in any Tibian city in RL, what would it be?

-Carlin <3 It was my first city after Rookgard.

Do you remember dying in a funny way?

-Yes. I have involuntary movements. I already died from a contraction in my womb that 'threw' me to the side of the chair and this kept me from using the mouse. I called my mother to help me, but there was no time to save me in Tibia hahaha.

After playing the way you play, you are an inspiration to many people who may have similar conditions, where do you find more barriers?

-The trickiest thing is when I need to use 2 keys simultaneously, like walk and heal for example. Something that I managed to adjust recently because now I have a device that allows me to use 2 hotkeys with my eyes.

On IG we can see the different expressions of love towards your girlfriend, would you like to dedicate a few words to her?

-I had a few relationships after my accident, but I was never so sure that I found the person God chose for me a long time ago. We have known each other for 5 years, and we have been together for 1 year. Our relationship is magical. She completes me, gives me strength, helps me grow, and understands me. And despite being only 27 years old, she is very mature. She understands that I am a known person and does not allow silly things to get in the way of our relationship. Love is beautiful, and light and always makes you give your best. We love each other so much <3

Do you have any words you want to share with the Community?

-First of all, I want to thank you for the support and affection that I receive daily. In whatever world I play, whether it's PVP or not, I always meet people who are honored to be with me, and I feel very grateful for that. I want to say that I am also honored to be part of such a large community and to be held up as an example. Guys, never give up on your goals, regardless of the size of the obstacles that come your way. If you fall, pick your head up and try again as many times as necessary. Because the glory may be in the next attempt. Trust yourself, focus on the person you are, on your nature, and not on what some people think and say about you. Because these people do not know your scars, your essence, your strength. Because judging and spreading gossip without knowing the situation is easy, it is difficult to cast the first stone. Always seek to see the bright side of everything, because even bad things are a learning experience, they make us stronger and wiser. I ask you to continue following me because the support of each one is very important. The walk is long, but together we are stronger and nothing will stop us!
