Panda. It's the only monster that has a common respawn. You don't need to wait for a world change or a specific rare respawn to get the panda like the rest of the mounts.

Neo 2 All of the mounts have a spawn during certain raids, mini world changes or a certain time spawn, being that they are not always accessible, but the panda on the other hand, is always there in Port Hope.
Or it could also be 3 being that all other mounts have legs, but the mantaray has no legs.
The panda doesn't match because this creature have a normal spawn on port hope, and all the others are monsters from world change or raids, then u can't tame the others creatures whenever you want.
