    Possible solutions:
    1. 8 - 4 = 4 (you move one arrow from + to make 8 out from 6)
    2. 0 + 4 = 4 (you move arrow from 6 to make 0 out of it)

    by removing the arrow on the + to place it on the 6 making it to be 8 - 4 equals 4

    Moving the + to get - and put it to the 6 to get 8, so: 8-4=4 (dark Bombox)

    Just remove an arrow from the plus sign to make it a subtraction sign and add the arrow to the number 6 to make it 8 (8-4=4)

    I found 3 cases:

    1. 5 + 4 = 9
    moving the left bottom arrow of the "6" to the top of the last "4", then "6" become "5" and the last "4" become "9" so the new equation would be "5 + 4 = 9" wich is true.

    2. 0 + 4 = 4
    moving the middle arrow of the "6" to the right top of the same number, then "6" become "0", so the new equation would be "0 + 4 = 4" wich is true.

    3. 8 - 4 = 4
    moving the arrow pointing to north of the "+" to the top right of the "6", then "6" become "8" and "+" become "-", so the new equation would be "8 - 4 = 4" wich is true.

    Moving one of the arrows on the number 6 turning it into a 0 then will be 0+4=4
    Moving the arrow on the + to turn it into - & moving it into the 6 to turn it into 8 then will be 8-4=4
